The prices stated on the Website apply to orders placed on the Website. All prices are presented
in Euro, US dollar, British pound sterling and do not include payment and shipping fees, which are given separately.
Via PayPal you can pay with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or directly from a

Normally we will send your order the same day or the day after. Products in stock are
normally delivered within the number of working days set forth on the Website.
In case of high load or delay at the shipping company, it may take 1-2 days extra.
Mode of delivery
We ship all orders with Postnord or DHL as mail packages or smaller posters, with Postnord
Charges for shipping will be added by €5.14 when you shop for less than 49€. Orders over
49€ are free when purchased from the webshop.
In order to place an order through the Website, the Customer must accept the General
Conditions. By accepting the General Conditions, the Customer undertakes to comply with
the General Conditions in its entirety and acknowledges that he/she has read the information
on personal data and cookies and consents to the use according to Favoritdekor’s Privacy
Policy set forth here.
When the Customer registers its user account and/or places an order, the Customer will be
requested to provide some personal data. The Customer confirms that the information
provided is correct and complete and is responsible for any errors in the information
provided. Information about Favoritdekor’s processing of personal data is set forth in

with the utmost caution. We guarantee that your customer information is only used by
Favoriteposters. The data is stored and used to enable us to complete the order, information

Complaints and withdrawal rights
You have 14 days' right of withdrawal when you buy goods and services online, custom
made items (wall decals, prints, paintings, posters, etc.) are not covered by
the right of withdrawal. As a customer, you will pay any return freight, and returned product
will always be returned in substantially unchanged condition as well as in original packaging
and accompanying packaging. The consumer is responsible for the risk of return freight; This
risk includes: the product being damaged or disposed of during shipping. We sell all
products with one year warranty according to the consumer purchase.
The product warranty only covers original errors, i.e. errors found in the product
upon delivery. Your order is binding, so when you place your order, it means you accept
these terms. We manufacture your poster, as paintings and graphic prints after your order has come in to us, in the
color and size you want - print-on-demand. Your order is custom made just for you.
Since it is not covered by open purchase, replacement and right of withdrawal. If the product is damaged,
defective or has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately. We will of course replace you for this.
If the product is wrong or with errors we will be responsible for shipping.
Damage to packages and not collected packages
If you detect damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or
other carrier and make an injury report. Do not collect a damaged package! If you do not
detect the damage until you open the package and the damage is such that it can be
attributed to the mail or shipping company's handling, you should contact them and make a
claim. If any dispute with the mail or carrier can not be resolved, please contact us.
Not collected packages are charged with a charge of 25€.
NOTE! Not collected packages does not apply as canceled purchase.

Favoritdekor is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond Favoritdekor’s
control, e.g. general labour dispute, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed
governmental orders, technical problems, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications
or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to
circumstances set forth above. Such circumstances shall result in relief from damages and
other measures. If any such situation should arise, Favoritdekor shall inform the Customer
accordingly both at the beginning and the end of the period for the current situation. If the
situation has lasted for more than two months, both the Customer and Favoriteposters are
entitled to terminate the purchase with immediate effect.
